School Day Arrangements

At 8.40am our school gates are opened, they remain open until 8.50am. At the same time the classroom doors are opened, allowing children access their classroom and to be welcomed by their teaching staff.

Mr Mitchell, the headteacher, or another member of the SLT, will generally be available on the school playground at drop off to ensure a smooth start to the day.

Foundation Stage and Key stage 1 (EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2)

8.40am - 8.50am	Classroom doors open
8:50am - 08.55am	Registration
8.55am - 9.30am	Session 1 (35 Minutes)
9.30am - 10.30am	Session 2 (60 Minutes)
10.30am - 10.45am	Assembly
10.45am - 11.00am	Morning Break
11.00am - 12.00pm	Session 3 (60 Minutes)
12.00pm - 1.00pm	Lunch Break
1.00pm - 2.15pm	Session 5 (75 Minutes)
2.15pm -2.30pm	Afternoon Break / Daily Mile
2.30pm - 3.20pm	Session 6 (45 Minutes)
3.20pm	End of School Day

Registration of Pupils

Registers are taken each day. First thing in the morning 8.50am - 8.55am and first thing after lunch around 1.00pm - 1.05pm.

If you are going to be late please telephone the office giving an expected time of arrival and the reason for lateness.

If your child is ever absent through illness, then please contact the school as soon as possible on the morning of the first day of absence.

Any unexplained absences will be followed up and resolved immediately.
